Matamata & Tamahere Country clubs
Being involved with the country clubs built and owned by the Sanderson group has been a pleasure from the very beginning in 2018. These luxury retirement villages are absolutely breathtaking. Large country style homes all nestled in these wonderful country clubs leave nothing to be desired for their residents. We love working with Country Club residents to help styling their homes moving into retirement and making their home everything they dream of. Small home renovation and style
Our client had purchased a home but wanted to add some character and for it to be more masculine in style.
We added some reclaimed barnwood walls, fresh paint and some new furniture for a quick makeover.

Cosy Beach house makeover
This dated home was in need of a freshen up, it had a complete makeover including floor coverings, window treatments, fresh paint and new bathroom and kitchen. There were also two stand alone sleepouts added for extra space for this holiday home.
LAKEWOOD TOWNHOUSES CAMBRIDGE
We were proud to be involved with the Lakewood Townhouse development. These 20 fantastic townhouses were developed by Engas Developments and BCD Group. All interior paint colours, floor coverings, kitchen and bathroom colours, finishes and fixtures, lighting and fixtures were selected by HUS and presented in two colourways to new buyers, We couldnt be happier watching it all coming together and the finished result.
This project was of particular interest being built on very familiar ground with significant meaning to Emma's family. The site of the apartments is where the Cambridge railway buildings stood. When the buildings were demolished years ago, Emma salvaged the large timber beams from the building which were later used in the build of their family home. The building was also where Emma worked as a teenager in her first role as a Saddler for the local saddlery that occupied the building after the railways ceased operation.
